Retail Sales Associate/Office Worker

Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to enhance their shopping experience Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for retail sales transactions and cash register operations Conduct product demos to showcase features and benefits Handle cash drawer management, cash handling, and perform basic math calculations for transactions Support supervising staff by overseeing daily store operations and ensuring excellent phone etiquette Engage in retail store product knowledge sharing and participate in inventory management activities Skills Proven experience with POS systems, cash register operations, and retail sales transactions Computer skills Advertising/Marketing experience Social Media sales Strong supervising or leadership experience in a retail or office setting Ability to perform retail math accurately for cash handling and sales calculations Excellent communication skills Skilled in customer service Professional phone etiquette for managing inquiries efficiently in a busy environment Problem solving Trustworthy Reliable This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow their retail expertise while delivering exceptional service.
