Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selections, offering detailed demonstrations of technology and accessories to enhance their experience Conduct engaging product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging upselling opportunities to maximize sales potential Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling, processing payments, and issuing receipts with professionalism Maintain attractive merchandise displays through effective merchandising techniques that draw customer attention and promote featured products Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone or in person with clear communication and friendly phone etiquette Support store operations by opening and closing the store as a Key Holder, ensuring security protocols are followed and cash registers are balanced Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment, organizing merchandise, and conducting periodic stock audits to ensure product availability Requirements Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Previous experience in retail sales or technical sales environments is preferred; familiarity with product demos is a plus Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical features clearly and confidently Demonstrated organizational skills for managing merchandising displays and inventory processes Basic math proficiency for cash handling, POS transactions, and sales calculations Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods Customer service orientation with a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed; previous experience in cashiering or cash handling is advantageous Join us in creating memorable shopping experiences while advancing your career in a fast-paced retail setting!
