Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing excellent customer service and assisting shoppers with their purchases. Your primary responsibilities include operating POS systems, managing sales transactions at the cash register, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Operate POS systems and cash registers accurately to process sales transactions Handle cash, credit, and debit payments efficiently and securely Maintain knowledge of current promotions, store policies, and product information to provide helpful guidance Keep the sales floor organized, clean, and well-stocked to enhance the shopping experience Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally Support inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and product displays Follow all safety procedures and company policies during daily operations Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; training will be provided Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for success in this role Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed Pay: Up to $12.00 per hour Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
