Retail Sales Associate

Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys fashion, has strong communication skills, and is passionate about providing excellent customer service while creating a welcoming shopping experience. Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection, sizing, and styling recommendations. Provide exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers. Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing sales floor. Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges accurately using the POS system. Restock merchandise and maintain proper product displays. Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and shipment processing. Stay informed about current promotions, new arrivals, and product features. Work collaboratively with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals. Follow store policies and loss-prevention procedures. Requirements Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, approachable, and professional attitude. Interest in fashion, apparel, and current trends. Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
