We’re a growing small business with BIG dreams, and we’re looking for someone who shares our love for kids’ fashion, creativity, and all things retail! This isn’t your typical retail job! We’re looking for someone who thrives in a fun, fast-paced environment, loves multitasking, and is excited to wear many different hats throughout the day. What You’ll Be Doing Retail & Customer Experience Welcome customers and help them discover their next favourite outfit for their little ones! Provide a friendly, personalized shopping experience. Maintain a beautiful, organized, and inviting store environment. Assist with daily store operations, merchandising, and sales. E-Commerce & Inventory Management Photograph, price, and upload new inventory to our Shopify website daily. Write product descriptions and ensure listings are accurate and appealing. Organize, process, and manage incoming consignment inventory. Help fulfill online orders and prepare packages for shipping. Keep up with our constantly changing inventory and exciting new arrivals! Social Media & Content Creation Help create engaging Instagram Stories, Reels, and other social media content. Participate in and assist with Instagram Live shopping events. Support product launches, promotions, and new collection drops. Assist with listing and selling products across additional online marketplaces and third-party selling platforms. Bring fresh, creative ideas to help grow our online community! Who We’re Looking For Someone who genuinely loves kids’ fashion, shopping, and retail. A positive, energetic, and friendly personality. An excellent multitasker who can confidently switch between different responsibilities. Someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and efficient. A self-starter who takes initiative and can work independently. Someone who is comfortable learning new technology and online platforms. A reliable team player who enjoys working in a small, collaborative environment. Someone who is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to an exciting small business. Experience & Qualifications Previous experience is an asset, but we’re happy to train the right person! Experience in any of the following areas would be beneficial: Retail sales or customer service Shopify or other e-commerce platforms Social media content creation, particularly Instagram and TikTok Product photography and online merchandising Inventory management or order fulfillment Fashion, children’s clothing, or consignment retail Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with a great attitude, a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a genuine willingness to learn!
