Retail Sales Associate/Cashier

Responsibilities: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the right products - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Operate cash registers and handle financial transactions accurately - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities - Assist with inventory management and replenishment Requirements: - High school diploma - Must be over 18 years old and have a reliable way of transportation - Previous retail sales experience preferred, but not required - Basic math skills for cash handling - Excellent customer service skills - Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Open availability including weekends is preferred, but can be accommodated - Knowledge of our products or prior job history in an adult store is a plus We also offer commission pay and employee discounts!!
