Duties Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting products and services . Provide expert advice on services provided in the Ups Store. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for cash handling, sales transactions, and inventory management Receive and Label incoming packages Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and replenishment of merchandise Engage with customers via phone communication to answer questions about products or services and provide personalized recommendations Assist with returns. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are essential Knowledge of computer skills. Strong communication skills and problem solving. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Excellent organizational skills for merchandising and promoting services.
