Duties Greet customers warmly, providing exceptional service and personalized product recommendations Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, enhancing customer engagement Assist with stock replenishment, merchandising, and maintaining an organized sales floor Handle cash register operations, including cash handling, cash drawer management, and balancing registers at shift end Upsell products by identifying customer needs and suggesting complementary items to boost sales Experience Previous retail sales experience, preferably in boutique or specialty stores, is highly valued Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transactions and inventory management Strong communication skills Experience with product demos, merchandising, and stock management in retail or grocery environments Knowledge of retail store product details and customer service best practices Basic math skills for handling cash register operations and retail math calculations Please note: We have both full and part-time positions available, with great flexibility!
