Duties Greet customers warmly and provide knowledgeable assistance on a wide range of products including haircare, electronics, and hair. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, credit card processing, and sales transactions Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure products are attractive and accessible Support inventory management through stocking, inventory checks, and replenishment to keep the store well-stocked and inviting Provide excellent customer service via phone communication, answering questions about product availability or order status Utilize organizational skills to manage retail math for pricing, discounts, and sales promotions effectively Qualifications Previous outdoor work experience or hands-on gardening knowledge is highly preferred Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math to ensure accurate transactions Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and stock management Passion for customer service with a proactive attitude to assist shoppers enthusiastically and professionally Embark on a rewarding career where your outdoor expertise meets vibrant retail engagement!
