Located in Historic Downtown McKinney and a second location in Dallas, we specialize in premium cowboy hats, fedoras, and custom pieces from iconic brands like Stetson and Resistol . We are looking for a energetic Retail Sales Associate who loves connecting with people. In this role, you aren’t just selling a product—you’re assisting in client events and crafting an unforgettable, personalized experience What You’ll Do Deliver Premium Service: Welcome every guest warmly and guide them through a tailored, one-on-one hat-buying journey. Coordinate & Set Up Events: Assist with the end-to-end setup of in-store events, mobile hat bars, and off-site pop-ups, including direct client communication and coordination. Learn the Craft: Master the art of sizing, shaping, and custom styling through our hands-on training. Share the Heritage: Educate customers on hat materials, proper care, and styling options. Keep the Floor Sharp: Maintain a clean, inviting, and fully merchandised showroom. Handle Transactions: Operate the POS register smoothly and accurately. Support Day-to-Day Operations: Assist with inventory management, restocking, and store upkeep. What We’re Looking For People First: A friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality with a genuine love for hospitality and hats. Event & Project Minded: Organized and comfortable assisting with event logistics and communicating clearly with clients. Eagerness to Learn: Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred, but no prior hat-shaping experience is required—we will fully train the right person! Reliability: Weekend availability is required. An appreciation for Western wear, fashion, or hands-on craftsmanship.
