Duties Greet customers warmly, listen to their needs, and provide expert advice on shipping, packaging and printing needs. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for cash handling, transactions, and sales processing Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stock replenishment to enhance the shopping experience Support inventory management by stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock counts Handle customer inquiries via phone communication and in person with professionalism and enthusiasm Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; a strong willingness to learn is essential Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers Strong organizational skills to manage merchandising, stocking, and inventory tasks efficiently Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to helping customers create beautiful outdoor spaces!
