Retail Sales Associate

The role of a Retail Sales Associate at 365 Collective is to create meaningful connections with customers while delivering an exceptional shopping experience. As a key member of the 365 Team, you will represent our brand through thoughtful customer service, strong product knowledge, and a genuine enthusiasm for our curated collection of fashion, home, gifts, and lifestyle products. We are looking for someone who is personable, motivated, and passionate about retail, with a natural ability to engage customers, drive sales, and contribute to a welcoming and inspiring store environment. What You'll Get to Do Create an Exceptional Customer Experience Build genuine, lasting relationships with customers. Greet and engage customers in a warm, welcoming, and authentic manner. Provide personalized recommendations through thoughtful product and gift knowledge. Assist customers with styling, product selection, and gift suggestions. Collaborate with the team to ensure every customer receives attentive and exceptional service. Handle customer questions and concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude. Drive Sales & Support the Business Contribute to individual and team sales goals. Develop a strong understanding of 365 Collective's products, brands, and new arrivals. Stay informed on emerging trends in fashion, home, gifting, and lifestyle. Identify customer needs and make thoughtful product recommendations to drive sales. Communicate customer feedback, product requests, and inventory needs to management. Support in-store events, promotions, and special initiatives to encourage customer engagement. Store Operations & Merchandising Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor. Assist with product displays, merchandising updates, and seasonal store presentations. Ensure merchandise is properly stocked, priced, and presented. Support inventory management, including receiving shipments, restocking, and organizing merchandise. Process customer purchases, returns, and exchanges accurately. Assist with gift wrapping, packaging, and online order fulfillment. Complete daily operational tasks while maintaining a strong focus on the customer experience. Work collaboratively with the team to maintain 365 Collective's store standards. Qualifications Who You Are Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people. Passionate about retail, fashion, home, and lifestyle products. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Able to prioritize tasks and take initiative without constant direction. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills. An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Available to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed. Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
