Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them with product selection in areas such as gardening supplies, outdoor tools, plants, and floral arrangements Provide expert advice on lawn care, landscape maintenance, plant identification, and horticulture best practices to enhance customer satisfaction Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory management Maintain organized merchandising displays and stock shelves to ensure an inviting shopping environment Support inventory management through stocking, inventory counts, and replenishment of products both indoors and outdoors Communicate effectively via phone or in person to answer customer inquiries about product availability or gardening tips Assist with floral design projects or plant arrangement demonstrations when needed Uphold safety standards during outdoor work activities such as lawn care or landscape maintenance Experience Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is highly desirable Knowledge of lawn care, landscape maintenance, gardening, or horticulture is a strong plus Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math enhances your effectiveness in this role Outdoor work experience related to gardening or landscaping is beneficial Multilingual abilities are appreciated for serving diverse customer bases Strong communication skills in English are essential for engaging customers and team collaboration Organizational skills to manage stock levels and merchandising efficiently are important Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering outstanding service while cultivating a beautiful environment!
