Job Overview We are seeking a Menswear Salesperson to join our dynamic retail team at Colin O'Brian. In this role, you will leverage your extensive sales ability and customer service excellence to build lasting relationships with our clientele and drive revenue through exceptional in-store experiences. Responsibilities Lead the sales floor by providing exemplary customer service and detailed product knowledge, ensuring a wonderful client experience. Utilize your current (or future) expertise in menswear to advise customers on style choices, fit, and fabric, enhancing their shopping experience and encouraging repeat visits. Track inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment to optimize sales opportunities Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies that align with seasonal trends and enhance store presentation. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor that reflects the brand's aesthetic and attract customers. Requirements 2+ years of retail sales experience, preferably in menswear or related fashion sectors, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Strong understanding of current menswear trends and styling techniques, along with an ability to curate looks that resonate with a diverse clientele. Exceptional communication skills, with a knack for building relationships and a natural ability to engage with customers. Passion for customer service with a proactive attitude toward sales and merchandising. Preferred Experience working in a luxury retail environment. Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software. Fashion merchandising or related qualifications.
