Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions. Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing. Conduct product demonstrations to highlight features and benefits, encouraging customer engagement and sales. Assist with merchandising efforts by organizing displays, stocking shelves, and maintaining a clean, attractive sales floor. Perform stock replenishment tasks such as stocking shelves, inventory counts, and managing backroom organization. Use phone etiquette skills to answer inquiries professionally and direct calls appropriately. Support supervising staff in training new team members and maintaining high standards of store presentation. Qualifications Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and cashiering experience is highly desirable.
