Duties Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance to meet their gardening, landscaping, or retail needs Operate POS (point-of-sale) systems efficiently for sales transactions, cash handling, and receipts Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and inventory management Offer expert advice on gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, and related products to enhance customer satisfaction Support e-commerce initiatives by assisting customers with online orders or inquiries in-store Handle cashiering duties accurately while ensuring smooth checkout processes Assist in stock replenishment, organizing merchandise, and maintaining store cleanliness and organization Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for all customers Experience Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising techniques is advantageous Familiarity with gardening, horticulture, landscape maintenance, or related fields enhances your ability to assist customers confidently Multilingual skills are a plus, helping us serve diverse communities more effectively Strong communication skills and organizational abilities are essential for managing multiple tasks efficiently Experience with e-commerce platforms or digital sales tools is beneficial but not mandatory A proactive attitude combined with excellent customer service skills will set you apart in this role Pay: From $800.00 per week Benefits: Casual dress Dental care Disability insurance Extended health care Life insurance Work Location: In person
