Duties Assist customers by providing product information, answering questions, and guiding their purchasing decisions to ensure a positive shopping experience. Manage merchandising tasks, including stock replenishment, product displays, and maintaining an attractive store layout. Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, returns, and exchanges while ensuring proper cash handling procedures. Maintain organized and clean sales areas to enhance the shopping environment. Support inventory management activities such as stock counts and restocking shelves. Collaborate with team members to meet sales goals and improve overall store performance. Uphold company policies and standards regarding customer service, safety, and store appearance. Skills Strong organizational skills to manage merchandise displays and maintain an orderly sales floor. Proficiency with POS systems for processing transactions efficiently and accurately. Excellent communication skills to engage with customers effectively and provide outstanding service. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining detail-oriented. Basic knowledge of retail sales techniques and merchandising principles. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist in various store functions as needed.
