Duties Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service to foster a welcoming shopping environment Assist customers in selecting products, offering detailed product demos and technical insights to enhance their understanding Conduct upselling and cross-selling to maximize sales opportunities while ensuring customer satisfaction Manage point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing payments efficiently Maintain organized merchandising displays to highlight featured products and promote store branding Support inventory management through stock replenishment, product placement, and inventory checks Demonstrate strong communication skills by explaining product features clearly and answering customer inquiries with professionalism Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred, especially with technology or electronics products Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse customer needs effectively Basic math skills for handling cash transactions, making change, and managing POS systems Excellent communication skills with phone etiquette and active listening capabilities Strong organizational skills to manage time effectively during busy periods and multitask efficiently Ability to perform product demos confidently, showcasing features and benefits clearly A positive attitude with a proactive approach to upselling and enhancing the customer experience Join us if you’re passionate about technology, enjoy engaging with people, and thrive in a lively retail environment!
