Retail Production Logistics Coordinator The Opportunity We are seeking a detail-oriented Retail Production Logistics Support professional to help coordinate large-scale retail fixture rollouts for major consumer technology programs. This role will support the rollout team as it manages fixture production, store readiness, inventory, components, shipping, installation coordination, and communications across hundreds of retail locations. This is an excellent opportunity for a project management, logistics, retail operations, or production professional who enjoys building order around complex programs and wants hands-on exposure to retail production and rollout execution. What You’ll Do Support the planning and execution of retail fixture rollouts across large store networks. Maintain accurate store lists, rollout trackers, project documentation, and status reports. Review store-specific component requirements and help confirm that stores receive the correct materials. Assist with inventory tracking, component reconciliation, shipping coordination, and delivery-status follow-up. Coordinate with production, fabrication, logistics, installation, and project-management partners to support on-time rollout execution. Track deadlines, action items, approvals, and open issues; follow up with stakeholders to keep work moving. Help identify and escalate discrepancies involving store lists, product components, shipments, or installation readiness. Support client and internal communications by preparing updates, organizing information, and maintaining clear records. Assist with fixture reviews, production-line coordination, and other in-person project needs as required. Contribute to improving tracking systems, workflows, and documentation for recurring rollout programs. What You’ll Bring Approximately 3–4 years of experience in project coordination, logistics, retail operations, production, supply chain, visual merchandising, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage detailed information across multiple projects and deadlines. High level of accuracy with trackers, store lists, inventory records, and project documentation. Clear, professional communication skills and a collaborative working style. Comfort working with spreadsheets, project trackers, and shared documentation systems. Ability to problem-solve, follow through, and adapt quickly when priorities shift. Retail rollout, fixture, fabrication, shipping, installation, or multi-location operations experience is a plus, but not required. Local availability for occasional travel to Workshop, production partners, fixture reviews, or other project locations; reliable transportation preferred. Mileage is reimbursed. Work Model This role is designed for a Minneapolis-area candidate who can collaborate in person and local production partners as needed.
