Duties Assist customers in identifying and selecting the right automotive parts and accessories to meet their vehicle needs. Manage inventory control by stocking, organizing, and maintaining parts displays to ensure product availability and easy access. Utilize automotive diagnostics and mechanical troubleshooting skills to provide expert advice on vehicle repairs and maintenance. Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems while handling cash, credit, and electronic payments securely. Collaborate with team members to fulfill orders promptly, ensuring timely order fulfillment and stock replenishment. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication, product knowledge sharing, and personalized service. Maintain detailed records of inventory levels using CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) software and ensure proper inventory management practices are followed. Requirements Proven experience in automotive parts sales or dealership environments with a solid understanding of automotive repair processes. Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems, automotive diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for serving diverse customer bases. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, inventory management systems, POS platforms, and automotive parts management tools. Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively with customers and suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail for stock control, order fulfillment, and maintaining accurate records. Customer service-oriented mindset with the ability to handle cashiering duties, retail math calculations, and phone etiquette confidently.
