What You'll Do Lead and inspire: Coach, train, and motivate teammates to deliver their best work. Create great customer experiences: Build trust, answer questions, and help customers feel confident about their vehicle maintenance. Keep operations running smoothly: Support daily store activities, inventory management, and service quality. Learn the business: Help perform Jiffy Lube Signature Service and routine preventive maintenance. Lead by example: Foster a positive, collaborative environment where teammates feel supported and customers come first. What We're Looking For At least one year of experience in automotive service, a dealership, a tire center, quick lube, retail, or another customer-focused business. Leadership, supervisory, or team-training experience is a plus. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. A customer-first mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. A hands-on attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
