Retail Operations & Inventory Associate (Back of House) Location: San Francisco, CA Schedule: Flexible Retail Hours | Full-Time or Part-Time Opportunities Pay: To Be Confirmed Job Description Suna Solutions is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented Retail Operations & Inventory Associate to support a luxury retail client in San Francisco. This is a back-of-house position focused on inventory management, online order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and daily retail operations. We're looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Experience with luxury fashion or designer handbags is a plus, but not required! Key Responsibilities Pack and prepare online customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality. Receive, unpack, sort, and organize incoming merchandise and returns. Restock merchandise and maintain accurate inventory records. Print shipping labels and prepare outgoing packages. Scan, track, and organize inventory using internal systems. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient stockroom. Assist with additional retail operations and customer support as needed. Work closely with store leadership and team members to support daily operations. Qualifications Previous experience in retail, stockroom operations, shipping and receiving, warehouse fulfillment, or inventory management preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to handle merchandise accurately. Dependable, punctual, and professional. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable using computers, scanners, and other technology. Ability to stand for extended periods and move throughout the store. Flexible availability to work retail hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. Knowledge of luxury handbags, designer brands, or fashion is a plus, but not required. Schedule Flexible retail scheduling. Full-time availability preferred, with approximately 30 hours per week potentially available for students or candidates with scheduling commitments.
