Retail Operations and Sales Manager, Women's Fashion Boutique

The team operates in a lean, entrepreneurial, founder-driven environment focused on creating shoes for our customers and delivering a high-quality retail experience. Our Sales and Operations Manager position is full-time, on-site role in our Johns Island/Kiawah location. This position oversees daily store and operational activities, including sales performance, inventory management, and process improvement across key business functions. Our stores are open 7 days a week. The role includes on the floor sales, leading and coaching retail teams, monitoring customer service standards, and ensuring consistent, positive customer experiences. The manager will analyze sales and operational data, coordinate with cross-functional partners, and implement strategies to optimize store efficiency and revenue growth. This role also involves managing staffing schedules, supporting training initiatives, and maintaining alignment with brand guidelines and company goals. Qualifications 3+ years Strong Operations Management experience, including inventory control, workflow optimization, and store or retail operations oversight. Demonstrated Analytical Skills to interpret sales reports, operational metrics, and customer data to inform decision-making. 3+ years Proven focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, with the ability to build loyal customer relationships and resolve issues effectively. Excellent Communication skills for collaborating with team members, leadership, and cross-functional partners. 2+ years experience in retail, fashion, or footwear industries is highly beneficial. Leadership experience managing and developing teams in a high-energy, customer-facing environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced setting.
