Retail Merchandiser/Cashier

Summary As a Retail Merchandiser/Cashier, you will support store operations by executing merchandising plans, handling cash transactions, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting to store management, you will ensure accurate shelf presentation, stock replenishment, and efficient point-of-sale transactions while maintaining a clean, organized sales floor. Your blend of core skills in retail sales, cashiering, planogram implementation, and customer service will drive positive shopping experiences and contribute to store goals, inventory accuracy, and overall customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Assist customers with product questions, store navigation, and checkout transactions to ensure a positive shopping experience. Stock shelves, implement planograms, and merchandise displays to optimize product visibility and sales. Operate the POS system for sales, returns, and basic cash handling; process payments accurately and issue receipts. Maintain store cleanliness, organize stock areas, and perform light material handling and heavy lifting as needed. Collaborate with team on inventory management, labeling, and price accuracy; respond to customer inquiries promptly.
