Responsibilities Execute planogram implementation to optimize product placement and maximize sales potential. Conduct merchandising activities including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and remodeling sections to enhance visual appeal. Operate material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and inventory management tasks. Support store management with inventory control, stock replenishment, and pricing adjustments. Utilize mobile devices and POS systems for inventory tracking, sales processing, and data entry. Assist in training new team members on merchandising standards, safety procedures, and customer service protocols. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store environment to ensure a welcoming shopping experience. Requirements Proven experience in retail store operations, merchandising, or related fields. Supervising experience is preferred to support team coordination and leadership tasks. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple priorities. Excellent communication skills for client interaction and team collaboration. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design projects is a plus. Knowledge of schematics, interior design, or remodeling enhances your ability to create appealing displays. Ability to operate material handling equipment safely; familiarity with ladder use and standard passenger car operation is advantageous. Multilingual skills are beneficial for engaging diverse customer bases. Basic math skills for pricing adjustments, retail math calculations, and inventory management. Experience with retail sales, cash handling, POS systems, and administrative tasks such as documentation or reporting.
