Retail Merchandise Handler - Backroom & Inventory

Role: Merchandise Handler Responsibilities Support a dynamic retail environment by efficiently managing product flow from backroom to sales floor. Receive, sort, and stock merchandise to ensure product availability. Assist with floor sets and promotional displays to enhance visual merchandising. Maintain accurate inventory using handheld devices or basic systems. Collaborate with store and sales teams to keep shelves stocked and products accessible. Ensure backroom areas are clean, organized, and safe. Uphold a customer-focused and team-oriented culture with opportunities for growth and learning. Qualifications & Skills Strong organizational and inventory management skills. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Basic familiarity with handheld devices or inventory systems is a plus.
