Retail Manager

Job Overview: We are seeking a Retail Manager to join our team. As a Retail Sales Manager you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our store. Duties: - Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers - Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed - Assist with inventory management and replenishment - Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns with patience and professionalism - Meet or exceed sales targets and goals - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Opening/Closing tasks - Look over weekly/monthly reports and accomplish required tasks - Maintain daily operations - Oversee employees and their duties - Keep up with business emails and updates - Help plan business forecast and goals Qualifications: - Previous experience in a supervisory role is required - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures - Ability to thrive in a team environment - Phone etiquette skills for handling customer inquiries over the phone - Skills (Spanish or other languages) are a plus Benefits: - Profit Sharing after first year - 20:1 PTO accrual Job Type: Full-time Pay: From $50,000.00 per year Benefits: Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Vision insurance Ability to Commute: Glen Allen, VA 23059 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Glen Allen, VA 23059: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
