Retail Manager

Duties Lead and manage all aspects of store operations, including sales, customer service, inventory control, and staff supervision Manage/schedule team members to foster a high-performing retail environment Implement effective merchandising strategies and oversee stock replenishment to maximize sales opportunities Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions, cash handling, and inventory tracking with accuracy Monitor store performance metrics and develop action plans to meet or exceed sales targets Requirements Proven experience in retail management or supervisory roles within the retail industry Knowledge of inventory management, POS systems, cashiering procedures, and operational processes Excellent communication skills Experience supervising staff with a focus on customer service excellence and team management Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment Join us as a Retail Manager to lead with energy and make a tangible impact on our store’s success!
