Responsibilities Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies using inventory management systems Implement planograms to ensure optimal product placement and visual merchandising standards Assist with stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and organizing backroom storage areas Operate material handling equipment safely for heavy lifting and stock movement Support store management with merchandising projects, including remodeling and interior design updates Use mobile devices and POS systems for pricing updates, sales transactions, and inventory tracking Train new team members on inventory procedures, safety protocols, and customer service expectations Qualifications Previous retail store experience or familiarity with inventory control practices Supervising or leadership experience preferred for team coordination roles Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator for visual design tasks is a plus Multilingual abilities are advantageous for effective client communication in diverse communities Knowledge of schematics, planogram implementation, and visual merchandising techniques Ability to operate standard passenger cars and ladder use safely in store environments Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail are essential Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers effectively Physical ability to perform manual handling, heavy lifting, and stand for extended periods This role is ideal for motivated individuals eager to grow within a retail environment that values innovation, teamwork, and exceptional service.
