We’re combining technology, streamlined processes, and great people to make buying a car simple and straightforward. As a Retail Fulfillment Specialist, you’ll guide customers from first contact through vehicle delivery. You’ll make calls, schedule appointments, help customers prepare, and work with your team to complete their purchase. You’ll earn a base salary, with bonuses tied to store and market results. Your responsibility is to keep the process moving and make sure customers feel respected, understand their options, and know what happens next. What You’ll Do Connect with customers. Make outbound calls, respond by phone and text, schedule appointments, and follow through. Prepare customers before they arrive. Explain requirements, help them complete necessary steps, and make sure they know what to expect. Guide the purchase and delivery. Help customers with vehicle selection, deal completion, documentation, and receiving their vehicle. Keep the details organized. Use our systems to track customer information and progress. Coordinate with your team so the customer and vehicle are ready at the same time. Support the store. Assist with vehicle merchandising and daily operations, keep the space clean and welcoming, and suggest ways to improve the experience. What You Bring We’re looking for work ethic, curiosity, accountability, and a desire to get better. You communicate clearly, enjoy helping people, and are comfortable working by phone and in person. You’re organized, dependable, and willing to learn new technology. You follow a process, use good judgment, and take ownership when something needs attention. You welcome feedback, put it into practice, and finish what you start. Compensation & Career Growth $55,000 starting salary, increasing up to $65,000 as you complete development certifications. $500 store team bonus when the store sales goal is achieved. $100 market bonus when the combined Houston market goal is achieved. Your development will include the skills to do the job well and the leadership skills to take on greater responsibility.
