The Retail Customer Service Representative Job Description: We’re looking for a friendly, energetic, and dependable team member to join our Pakmail store! In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with shipping through USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL, using our robust shipping software. In addition you will be printing, scanning, faxing, notarizing, fingerprinting, fulfilling U-Haul reservations, scanning drop-off returns, mailbox services, and gift shop support. Experience at The UPS Store, FedEx Office , or another shipping or print center is highly desirable , but a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn matter most. SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY, PLEASE READ JOB QUALIFICATIONS BEFORE APPLYING QUALIFICATIONS Shipping experience: Strong consideration and higher pay scal e for candidates with experience working for other retail shipping stores, such as UPS Store, FedEx Office or similar independently owned shipping stores. It is mandatory that ALL our employees MUST have a clear background check for fingerprinting and notary services. Do not apply if issues w/ background . Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Also able to park uHaul trucks. Must have money handling skills able to count out change to a customer, with prior experience using a POS (Point of Sale/ Cash Register) for all transactions. Retail Experience 1+ year Able to use measuring tape and cutting tools. Able to lift a minimum of 35 pounds Ability to multi-task while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized working environment. Professional appearance & demenor Prompt, reliable, and responsible High school diploma or GED required, High School student on work program considered.
