Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently for transactions, returns, and exchanges while handling cash and card payments accurately. Manage inventory levels through stock replenishment, stocking shelves, and conducting inventory control to ensure product availability. Assist in merchandising efforts by organizing displays, pricing items correctly, and implementing promotional strategies. Support team management by supervising shift activities, training new staff, and ensuring excellent customer service standards are maintained. Handle customer inquiries via phone or in person with professionalism using proper phone etiquette and communication skills. Contribute to marketing initiatives by promoting sales events and loyalty programs to boost store performance. Experience Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are essential. Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience is advantageous for those interested in advancing into management roles. Familiarity with retail math, sales management, and budgeting helps optimize store operations. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus for engaging diverse customer bases effectively. Experience with inventory management systems, POS technology, and cashiering enhances your ability to succeed in this role.
