Retail Associate

Job Summary: As a Retail Associate, for Rue Saint Patrick, a Men's Clothing brand you’ll support customers throughout their shopping experience, help them choose products, and keep the sales floor organized. You’ll also assist our fulfillment team in getting online orders to customers quickly and accurately. You’ll use clear communication, attention to detail, and practical sales skills to provide attentive service and contribute to a welcoming, efficient store. Duties Assist customers with product questions, demonstrate features, and recommend suitable options, You will primarily be selling Men's Clothing like Shirts, Sweaters, Pants, T-Shirts, Support retail sales through helpful upselling, accurate POS transactions, cashiering, Maintain merchandising displays, replenish products, and keep the sales area orderly. Assist the fulfillment team with processing online orders, including picking items from inventory, packing orders, and preparing them for shipment or pickup. Inspect items for quality assurance before they are shipped, ensuring every product is in excellent condition and matches the order details. Help keep inventory organized and accurately stocked so online and in-store orders can be filled efficiently. Use time management and organizational skills to balance customer needs, fulfillment tasks, and daily store responsibilities. Your impact: Helpful product guidance makes shopping easier for in-store customers, while careful order fulfillment ensures online customers receive the right products in great condition. Your work supports a coordinated team and a consistent customer experience across every channel. Experience Required: Clear communication, customer service, basic math, and the ability to handle sales transactions accurately are important for assisting customers and operating POS systems. Attention to detail and the ability to follow order and inventory procedures are essential for accurate fulfillment. English and French proficiency and professional in person sales skills to support clear, courteous interactions with Customers. Preferred: Retail sales or technical sales experience, product demonstrations, merchandising, and upselling are valuable strengths. Experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping and receiving, or e-commerce operations is an asset. Bilingual or multilingual communication can help serve a broader range of customers. I Schedule: This role is scheduled 3 to 5 days per week, depending on your availability.
