Retail Associate

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service and expert product knowledge to our customers. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and possesses excellent communication skills. Bilingual abilities and experience in technology sales or product demos are a plus. This position offers an engaging environment where your sales skills and customer service expertise will contribute directly to our store’s success. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding Engage in upselling and suggest complementary products to maximize sales opportunities Operate POS systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and processing payments Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability Provide excellent customer service through effective communication, phone etiquette, and active listening Manage time efficiently to serve multiple customers during busy periods Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and organizing the sales floor Support technical sales by explaining product specifications and benefits to customers Uphold organizational policies and ensure a clean, welcoming shopping environment Skills Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with diverse customers Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a broader customer base Experience in retail sales, merchandising, or cashiering preferred Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling, and basic math for transactions Ability to perform product demos effectively and confidently Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in maintaining displays and stock levels Customer service orientation with a friendly, professional demeanor Time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods Phone etiquette for handling inquiries and follow-up calls Sales acumen with a focus on upselling techniques and achieving targets Technical sales experience or familiarity with technology products is advantageous Type d'emploi : Temps plein, Temps partiel Rémunération : 19,00$ à 20,00$ par heure Avantages : Réductions Tarifaires Lieu du poste : En présentiel
