Oversee merchandising, product placement, pricing strategies, and stock replenishment to maximize sales and customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with all legal regulations related to alcohol sales, including age verification and licensing requirements. Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm, resolving issues promptly to foster loyalty. Coordinate purchasing, inventory management, and stock rotation to maintain optimal product availability. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for transactions, sales tracking, and reporting; oversee payroll and administrative tasks as needed. Qualifications Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles within a grocery or liquor store environment. Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise and develop team members effectively. Excellent communication skills; bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers. Demonstrated proficiency in inventory management, merchandising, cash handling, and retail math. Knowledge of POS systems, purchasing procedures, and store management software.
