Duties Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management Lead, motivate, and supervise sales associates to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Implement merchandising strategies to optimize product displays and maximize sales potential Manage staffing schedules, recruiting new team members, and providing ongoing training and development Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints efficiently, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction Monitor sales performance data, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and pricing strategies Coordinate purchasing activities, manage POS (Point of Sale) systems, and oversee stock replenishment Skills Proven experience in supervising retail sales teams with strong leadership skills Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus) Skilled in negotiation, marketing, and promotional activities to boost store visibility and sales Proficient in payroll processing, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks related to retail management Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling protocols Ability to train staff on customer service standards, sales techniques, and safety procedures Competent in merchandising, pricing strategies, and purchasing processes to optimize store profitability Join us as a Retail Assistant Manager where your leadership fuels success!
