Restaurant Purchasing & Inventory Agent

Restaurant Purchasing & Inventory Manager Benoli Hospitality Group | Miami-Dade and Broward County, FL Benoli Hospitality Group is seeking a detail-oriented Purchasing & Inventory Manager to oversee purchasing and inventory across our restaurant locations. This person will work closely with owners, managers, and kitchen teams to keep the right products in stock, control waste, and maintain food, beverage, and supply costs within targets set for each location. What you’ll do Coordinate and place orders for food, beverages, packaging, and restaurant supplies across multiple locations. Monitor inventory levels and purchasing patterns to prevent shortages and overordering. Establish consistent inventory counts and work with location teams to resolve discrepancies. Compare vendor pricing, negotiate when appropriate, and identify opportunities to reduce costs without compromising quality. Review orders, deliveries, invoices, credits, and product substitutions for accuracy. Track food, beverage, and supply costs against each location’s targets; report variances and recommend specific actions. Work with managers and kitchen teams to address waste, portioning, ordering habits, and other causes of cost increases. Prepare clear, regular reports on purchasing, inventory, vendor performance, and cost trends. What we’re looking for Experience in restaurant or foodservice purchasing and inventory management; multi-location experience is strongly preferred. Strong understanding of food cost, inventory counts, vendor pricing, and cost control. Confidence working with spreadsheets, invoices, reports, and restaurant systems. Strong organization, follow-through, and communication skills. Ability to visit locations in Miami-Dade and Broward County as needed. English required; Spanish is a plus. Success in this role means accurate inventory, reliable ordering, fewer avoidable shortages and losses, and timely action when costs move outside the targets for a location. Pay: From $53,146.47 per year Work Location: In person
