Procurement & Receiving Coordinator – LPM Boston | $75,000/Year Location: Boston, MA Salary: $75,000 per year LPM Boston is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Procurement & Receiving Coordinator to support our restaurant operations. This role will oversee the receiving of deliveries while supporting purchasing, vendor coordination, inventory control, and day-to-day procurement needs. Responsibilities Coordinate and receive food, beverage, kitchen supplies, and other restaurant deliveries Verify quantities, product quality, pricing, and delivery accuracy against purchase orders and invoices Support purchasing and procurement activities based on restaurant needs and inventory levels Coordinate with vendors and suppliers regarding orders, deliveries, pricing, and discrepancies Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs Check incoming products for freshness, quality, damage, and proper specifications Organize and properly store received products Maintain accurate procurement, receiving, and inventory records Track purchase orders, invoices, and delivery documentation Communicate shortages, damaged products, or order discrepancies to management and vendors Collaborate with the Kitchen, Purchasing, and Management teams to ensure timely product availability Assist with inventory counts, reconciliations, and other operational tasks as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe receiving area Follow food safety, sanitation, and proper storage procedures Qualifications Previous experience in procurement, purchasing, receiving, inventory, or restaurant operations Restaurant, hospitality, food service, or high-volume environment experience is a plus Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills Experience coordinating with vendors and suppliers preferred Ability to accurately track products, quantities, pricing, and deliveries Strong communication and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently Preferably available for an open/flexible schedule, including weekends as needed What We Offer $75,000 annual salary Opportunity to work in an upscale French-Mediterranean restaurant Professional and collaborative work environment Opportunity to grow within restaurant operations and procurement If you have experience in procurement, purchasing, receiving, or restaurant operations and are looking for your next opportunity in Boston, apply today to join the LPM Boston team!
