Restaurant Operations Manager

Job Summary Vondra Social House is seeking an experienced and organized Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee daily business operations and support efficient restaurant performance. The Operations Manager will coordinate staff activities, monitor service standards, manage operational resources, and work with restaurant leadership to maintain a positive guest experience. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations and business activities. Supervise department supervisors and support restaurant team members. Coordinate staffing schedules and daily operational assignments. Monitor customer service standards and address guest concerns. Assist with hiring, onboarding, and employee development. Monitor inventory, supplies, and purchasing requirements. Review operational expenses and support cost-control efforts. Coordinate front-of-house and kitchen operations. Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards. Ensure employees follow company policies and applicable regulations. Review operational performance and identify areas for improvement. Prepare routine reports and communicate updates to senior management. Qualifications Previous restaurant operations or hospitality management experience. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service standards. Experience with staff scheduling and inventory management. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Dependable, professional, and team-oriented attitude.
