Restaurant Operations Driver & Facilities Coordinator

Job Overview Jason Dady Restaurant Group is seeking a dependable, highly organized, and operationally driven Restaurant Operations Driver & Facilities Coordinator to support the daily needs of our restaurant group. This position is responsible for coordinating and executing daily deliveries, restaurant pickups and drop-offs, warehouse organization, facilities support, and general porter responsibilities across multiple restaurant locations and company properties. The ideal candidate understands the importance of time management, efficiency, organization, and accountability in a fast-paced restaurant environment. This individual will serve as a critical link between our headquarters, warehouse, commissary, and restaurant locations, ensuring products, equipment, supplies, and operational necessities are delivered accurately and on time. This is not simply a driving position. The role requires an individual who can independently manage delivery schedules, prioritize operational requests, maintain organized warehouse spaces, assist with facilities needs, and respond to changing business demands. Efficiency, safe driving practices, food safety, and attention to detail are essential to success in this position. Key Responsibilities 1. Restaurant Operations & Delivery Coordination Execute daily deliveries, transfers, pickups, and drop-offs between headquarters, warehouse, commissary, and restaurant locations. Maintain an efficient delivery schedule while prioritizing time-sensitive restaurant needs. Ensure all deliveries are accurate, complete, properly handled, and delivered within established timelines. Coordinate product, equipment, supply, and smallwares transfers between locations. Communicate delivery confirmations, delays, shortages, and outstanding requests to appropriate management. Maintain delivery documentation and ensure all transfers are accounted for. Anticipate operational needs and proactively coordinate deliveries to prevent disruptions to restaurant operations. Demonstrate urgency and sound judgment when managing multiple delivery requests. 2. Warehouse & Inventory Management Maintain organization and cleanliness throughout warehouse, storage, and designated receiving areas. Assist with receiving, unloading, organizing, and distributing incoming products and supplies. Maintain proper storage practices and ensure products are stored in designated areas. Assist with inventory organization, product rotation, and tracking of supplies and equipment. Monitor warehouse supplies and communicate low inventory levels or replenishment needs. Ensure equipment, smallwares, and operational materials are properly stored and accessible. Maintain accurate accountability of company property and transfers between locations. Assist with periodic inventory counts and warehouse organization projects. 3. Facilities & Operational Support Assist with general facilities coordination and basic maintenance needs across restaurant properties. Identify and communicate maintenance issues, equipment concerns, and property needs. Coordinate movement of equipment, furniture, supplies, and other operational materials. Assist with setup, breakdown, and transportation requirements for company events and special activations. Support general property upkeep, organization, and operational readiness. Coordinate with management and approved service providers when facilities assistance is required. Maintain professional communication and follow established procedures when entering and working within restaurant properties. 4. Porter & General Operational Responsibilities Complete assigned porter responsibilities supporting daily restaurant and headquarters operations. Assist with ice deliveries, supply distribution, and other approved operational transfers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of designated warehouse, loading, and storage areas.
