The Responsible Sourcing Coordinator plays a critical role in helping the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Team uphold HFT’s Supplier Code of Conduct commitments, including human rights, among HFT’s manufacturing partners. The Responsible Sourcing Coordinator is expected to stay informed about industry trends that will impact HFT’s supply chain risk through self-initiated research, reading, and industry involvement. The Specialist will also support the screening of new and existing vendors, suppliers, and supply chain partners to help ensure they are not connected to money laundering, human trafficking, bribery, terrorist activities, or other unethical business practices.The Coordinator will assist in the collection for raw materials traceability and chain of custody research; this portion of the role is expected to grow as international governing bodies regulators enact more legislation about transparency in the supply chain and knowing the origins of products related to supply chain transparency and forced labor prevention in the supply chain. The ideal Coordinator will be a strong relationship-builder and effective communicator across cultures and within all levels of the HFT organization. Must possess an ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and a passion for human rights, equity, and ethics. Duties and Responsibilities Provide reporting to cross-functional business partners that support Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) and CTPAT Programs (supply chain security and trade compliance) for regulatory compliance and promotes transparency Assist with screening new and existing suppliers to identify potential exposure to forced labor, human trafficking, money laundering, bribery, corruption, sanctions violations, and other compliance risks. Maintain supplier risk profiles and support ongoing monitoring activities by tracking adverse media, supplier updates, and compliance-related information. Support the administration of supplier risk assessments, including collecting information, maintaining records, and tracking follow-up actions. Assist with maintaining product-specific supply chain maps and traceability information from finished goods to raw material origin. Support traceability verification efforts by collecting, organizing, and reviewing supplier documentation, production records, and sourcing information. Help identify supply chain visibility gaps and coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to obtain additional information and improve transparency. Monitor and share updates on emerging regulations and industry developments related to UFLPA, forced labor prevention, supply chain transparency, and responsible sourcing requirements. Scope Staff supervision and development: No Decision making: Minimal, Provides data for decision support Travel: Up to 5% Flex Designation: Anywhere The anticipated salary range for this position is $65,600 – $71,400 depending on location, knowledge, skills, education and experience. This position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. Eligible Associates are able to enroll in our company’s 401k plan. Associates will accrue paid time off up to 236 hours per year (inclusive of PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays).
