Residential Interior Design Project Manager (5 years experience required) Seeking Candidates with Experience and/or Strong Interest in High-end Custom Single Family Residential High-end Developer/Spec Single Family Residential The three basic roles in our office are as follows: Project Leaders: $75,000-125,000 base salary + benefits (5-10 years relevant experience) We are currently looking to hire a team member at the Project Leader level in our Interior Design Studio. Link to job description below. https://drive.google.com/open?id=15fKUWNRlg3jDI9rkP0CJ94pzCF98H95Y&usp=drive_fs ● Have excellent organizational and writing skills ● Manage multiple tasks at the same time ● Create high-quality designs, graphics, and presentations using Firm standards ● Have experience supporting vendor relationship management, furniture selection and ordering, and materials procurement (before and during construction) Lead the external communication and internal management of our projects based on our Vision, Mission, and Core Values ● Collaborate closely with S-Squared team members + Interior Design Director ● Primary point of contact for clients and general contractors ● Understand our clients’ goals and creatively solve their problems ● Have excellent public speaking and presentation skills ● Supervise and mentor Interior Project Support staff ● Lead multiple projects of medium/high complexity while teaming with Firm Leaders, colleagues internal and external, and working directly with our clients ● Lead the financial and timeline success of our ID projects using Monograph and KPIs ● Have expert knowledge of AutoCAD, Sketchup/Layout, Materio, Enscape, G-Suite, Bluebeam, Monday.com, & Adobe Design Suite ● Licensure a plus, but not required If you are interested in this position, please provide some initial information about yourself by answering this brief questionnaire (link below). https://forms.gle/og22PrxMzzKPRFAc7 Hybrid/In-Person (MWF in office, Tu/Th remote, no remote work applications please) OUR COMPANY VISION STATEMENT Studio S Squared Architecture will provide holistic design for distinctive residential and commercial buildings—while expanding our scope and services to make an even greater impact in the Bay Area and beyond.
