Residential Homebuilding Estimator and Purchasing Agent

Job Description Robertson Homes is seeking candidates for Residential Homebuilding Purchasing Agent/Estimator position with previous construction experience. Building Construction degree preferred but not required. Pay will be competitive, commensurate with amount of experience you bring to us. Major Goals & Responsibilities Solicitate and validate bids, selecting trades and suppliers who perform well at competitive prices with production team, execute contracts in an efficient manner and oversee creation of Purchase Orders to pay all construction billings timely, efficiently and accurately.
