About the Role:
The Resale Operations Manager owns the daily execution and performance of CRI’s The Shop, serving as the central point of responsibility for how resale inventory is managed, presented, sold, and supported.
This role combines hands-on operational work with accountability for results. The Resale Operations Manager is responsible for maintaining accurate and visible inventory, proactively managing inventory flow to support timely turnover, and ensuring customers and internal partners consistently have a positive experience working with the resale operation.
The Resale Operations Manager works independently day-to-day while partnering closely with Sales, Design, Warehouse, and Leadership to coordinate resale activity, align priorities, and remove operational friction. Success in this role is reflected in inventory that turns efficiently, smooth and reliable resale operations, and strong feedback from customers and internal stakeholders.
This role is eligible for our Flexible Workplace Policy, with an expectation to be onsite in San Leandro 3 days per week to support operations.

Operational Excellence & Process Ownership
- Run daily resale operations and ensure tasks, schedules, and workflows are clear and executed consistently.
- Keep accurate records of inventory status, resale activity, and operational needs so information is easy to track and act on.
- Identify where resale processes break down or create unnecessary friction and propose practical improvements.
- Implement process changes that improve consistency, reduce errors, and make collaboration easier across teams.
