Role and Responsibilities:
The Replenishment Specialist plays a key role in keeping store shelves, coolers, and displays fully stocked, organized, and visually appealing. This position focuses on maintaining product quality, ensuring accurate inventory, and contributing to a clean, safe, and customer-friendly store environment.
• Stock and face merchandise on shelves, coolers, and displays in line with department standards and product tags.
• Follow company guidelines for pricing, restocking, and product rotation to ensure freshness.
• Safely open cartons, handle damaged or expired items per company policy, and minimize waste.
• Assist in inventory control by identifying and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
• Support the training and onboarding of new stocking associates.
• Unload trucks, process deliveries, and stock products efficiently and accurately.
• Help build and arrange store displays to promote sales and improve visibility.
• Share operational feedback with management to enhance store processes.
• Rotate perishable products and maintain cleanliness in both sales and storage areas.
• Perform general housekeeping duties, such as sweeping and cleaning spills.
• Promptly report any equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Provide assistance to customers while remaining visible and approachable on the sales floor.
• Comply with all company policies, safety standards, and operational procedures.
Required Skills and Experience:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and basic math skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work well within a team.
• Pallet jack certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in stocking, merchandising, or inventory management.
• Knowledge of store display techniques and retail merchandising standards.
