REPLENISHMENT ANALYST

GMT was founded in 1986, we are dedicated to the sale and distribution of chilled, frozen food and dry goods. Essential Job Duties: Manage daily merchandise inventory level and replenishment of assigned categories. Follow up on orders placed to ensure on-time delivery of orders. Evaluate daily reports of out-of-stock merchandise and identify the reason and notify the Sales Department. Maintain up to date product database portfolio and perform inventory reporting. Maintain updated “Lead Time” and “Constrains” of containers from suppliers. Perform purchase projection analysis for replenishment decision making. Manage product transportation logistics once the purchase order has been confirmed. Verify and follow up on shipments in transit and maintain constant communication with the commercial and operations department on any new developments on the status of orders. Work report on developments that affected the month's results. Requirements: Associate's degree in Business Administration or related area. 2 years minimum experience in purchasing, replenishment, or related area preferred. Excellent communication, organizational, planning, problem solving, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of MS Office. Bilingual (Spanish and English- verbal/written). Shifts: Monday- Friday 8:00 am- 5:00 pm.
