Corner Home MedicalRepair Processor Company: Corner Home Medical Location: New Hope, MN Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5 Pay: $19.00 per hour Corner Home Medical is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Repair Processor to support the repair and maintenance of patient-owned and company-owned medical equipment. This role works closely with the Repair Department Lead and Purchasing & Warehouse Area Manager to ensure equipment repairs are processed efficiently, inventory is maintained accurately, and customers receive timely service. Key Responsibilities Work collaboratively with CHM management and personnel to support company goals and culture. Maintain positive and effective relationships with suppliers, customers, and internal teams. Promote and uphold the Corner Home Medical brand, reputation, and commitment to customer satisfaction. Receive equipment and manage the repair process from start to finish utilizing the company CRM system, email, phone communication, and Microsoft Excel as needed. Submit repairs to manufacturers and maintain accurate records, logs, warranty claims, and credit requests. Enter repair estimates accurately and communicate with respiratory department staff, branch stakeholders, and Customer Service Representatives regarding repair approvals, denials, and equipment troubleshooting. Remove and scrap equipment from the CRM system as needed to maintain accurate inventory levels. Partner with the Purchasing Department to ensure repair inventory and part levels are maintained. Develop proficiency in equipment troubleshooting and assist with answering the Repair Department phone line. Assist with facility repair projects when appropriate and requested. Ensure repaired equipment is returned to patients promptly and accurately. Verify repair materials and support products are approved and supported by appropriate Safety Data Sheets (SDS). Follow all established Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety requirements. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Participate in company and vendor-sponsored training programs. Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional phone etiquette. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Excellent computer proficiency and ability to learn company software and repair systems. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Proven attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Ability to make sound decisions and solve problems effectively. Fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English. Highly motivated with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset. Willingness to become proficient and certified in the repair of lift chairs and scooters. Commitment to safety policies and procedures. Dependable with regular attendance and a dedication to continuous improvement. Willingness to attend vendor and company-sponsored training and complete all required CHM Learning Management System (LMS) courses.
