Position Summary As Repair Coordinator , you will play a key role in managing industrial equipment repair projects from inspection to completion. You will develop detailed work scopes, generate repair quotes, coordinate parts procurement, and ensure all project documentation is complete and delivered to the customer. Your ability to collaborate with technicians, engineers, and customers will be critical to the success of each project. As Repair Coordinator, you will be expected to work whenever requested by a Company Supervisor. Emergency response is a fundamental part of the Company’s operations, and all roles depend on the ability to perform during such situations. You may be assigned to a regular on-call schedule, which is intended—though not guaranteed—to help manage and limit after-hours or additional work. Additionally, you may be required to carry a pager (beeper) and respond promptly to emergency calls, on-call duties, and requests for extended work hours . Key Responsibilities Develop comprehensive repair workscopes based on inspection data from disassembled equipment Work closely with mechanics and shop staff to collect necessary technical information Prepare accurate repair quotes and present them to management for approval Serve as the main point of contact with customers for all repair-related updates and communications Provide detailed instructions to the shop (routers) based on workscopes developed and approved by the shop and end-user. Create bills of materials (BOMs) and coordinate with purchasing for all required parts and materials Assemble and deliver complete quality control (QC) documentation packages upon project completion Provide CAD drawings and maintain drawing files as needed for in-house and subcontracted work Support occasional on-site inspections or repairs at customer facilities Ensure adherence to company safety and quality control policies Maintain a clean and orderly work area Work respectfully with fellow employees to promote trust and integrity within the team On-call and Emergency availability Perform other related duties as assigned Requirements: MVR Check Drug-Screen and adherence to random drug-screen testing Education & Experience High school diploma or GED required; additional technical education or trade certifications preferred Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in industrial repair, machining, or a similar environment AutoCAD or similar CAD software Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Outlook Experience reading technical drawings and machining blueprints Welding is a plus Skills & Abilities Strong communication and customer service skills Strong computer skills and data entry Practical knowledge of shop math, including trigonometry Ability to problem-solve in dynamic, real-world conditions Organized and detail-oriented with strong documentation skills Team player with the ability to work independently when needed Work Environment & Physical Demands Frequent standing, handling tools or parts, and communicating with team members Occasional lifting (up to 100 lbs with assistance), bending, or working in tight spaces Exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate industrial noise levels Some travel may be required for field service or inspections Job Type: Full-time Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Flexible spending account…
