Repack & Production Warehouse Associate

The Repack & Production Associate is responsible for sorting, inspecting, and repacking fresh produce, as well as placing designated items into curated boxes for e-commerce orders. This dual role helps ensure customers receive quality products that are accurately packed and well presented. Key Responsibilities: Inspect, sort, and repack fresh produce according to quality standards Discard defective or spoiled items in accordance with food safety guidelines Label and package products accurately and efficiently Place designated items into curated e-commerce boxes according to packing instructions Check that each box contains the correct items and quantities, with products placed carefully to prevent damage Report product quality concerns, shortages, or packing issues to the team lead Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols Work with team leads and warehouse staff to meet daily repack and production goals Assist with repack, production line, and other general warehouse tasks as assigned. Qualifications: Previous experience in produce handling, food processing, or warehouse work is a plus Ability to work in a cold environment (temperature-controlled warehouse) Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail and quality control Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team Basic English communication skills required (bilingual a plus) Ability to use warehouse equipment Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week Work Location: In person
