Responsibilities: What You’ll Do Inspect, clean, and prepare rental equipment Load and unload equipment safely Perform basic equipment checks and minor maintenance Deliver and pick up small equipment and supplies Maintain a clean, organized, and safe yard Support mechanics and drivers with equipment movement and logistics Qualifications: What You’ll Need Strong work ethic and attention to detail Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Valid driver's license required Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Must be at least 18 years old High school diploma, technical training, or equivalent experience preferred.
